The Australian Government has mandated a change to the way tobacco is sold in Australia. From the 1st of July 2025 cigarettes will only be available in a 20 pack size and for loose leaf tobacco (RYO) 30 gram pouch size. The following additives will be prohibited; Menthol and capsule products and flavoured loose-leaf tobacco. From the 31st of March 2025, tobacco manufacturers can only supply the new compliant stock (20 pack sizes, 30 gram pouches, no menthol, capsules or flavours). As such availability of previous stock ranges will be depleted in retail outlets (where applicable) and Cigarette-AU.top reserves the right to substitute a product for the closest similar product should the ordered product\/s be out of stock.<\/div>

Payment<\/h2>

2. Once the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, Cigarette-AU.top will process payment for the Goods (plus any delivery charges) using your nominated payment method.<\/div>
3. You authorise Cigarette-AU.top to debit such amount from your nominated account.<\/div>
4. If your nominated account is declined by your financial institution, Cigarette-AU.top will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.<\/div>

Delivery, Risk and Title in the goods<\/h2>
1. Cigarette-AU.top will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified at the time of placing your Order. However, Cigarette-AU.top will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.<\/div>
2. Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated delivery address.<\/div>
3. All parcels are delivered using Cigarette-AU.top nominated carrier or delivery service.<\/div>
4. Cigarette-AU.top and our nominated carrier reserve the right to refuse delivery if Age Verification (18+) is not able to be viewed and scanned for verification upon delivery, in compliance with Australian tobacco laws.<\/div>
5. Where a valid Age Verification document cannot be viewed\/scanned and goods are returned to store (or our nominated facility), you will be refunded for the cost of goods, less delivery charges to you, and less charges to return the goods to store (or our nominated facility).<\/div>

Faulty or damaged goods<\/h2>
1. Cigarette-AU.top will use its best endeavours to replace any faulty Goods, or Goods damaged prior to delivery.<\/div>
2. Damaged or faulty Goods will be replaced (at the discretion of Cigarette-AU.top) or where replacement of damaged or faulty Goods is not possible (in the opinion of Cigarette-AU.top) a full refund will be issued for the value of the faulty or damaged Goods.<\/div>
3. All damaged and faulty goods must be returned to Cigarette-AU.top, in their original packaging and in compliance with Australian tobacco regulations.<\/div>

Returns<\/h2>
If you have a return, please refer to our returns policy for more information. Due to the nature of tobacco products and compliance with Australian regulations, returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged or non-compliant goods (in line with our faulty stock policy).<\/div>

Indemnity<\/h2>
1. You waive, release, discharge and relinquish any and all claims that you now have or may have against Cigarette-AU.top which are connected with, arise out of, relate to or are incidental to the use of the Website.<\/div>
