3.3 When collecting personal information, we will take reasonable steps to make you aware of the purposes for which the information is collected, the organisations to which we may disclose your information, the consequences if you fail to provide the requested information, and whether we are likely to disclose your information to overseas recipients.<\/div>\r\n

Our customer data is protected against misuse, loss, unauthorised access and modification or disclosure, in line with guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).<\/div>\r\n
4.2 We will endeavour to destroy or de-identify your personal information as soon as it is no longer required by us (as permitted by law), including after the completion of your order and delivery.<\/div>\r\n
4.3 We have a data breach response plan in place, this will allow us to respond to data breaches in an effective and timely manner, allowing us to contain such a breach and reduce the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure or loss of personal information. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose for which we collected it, or related purposes we consider within your reasonable expectations. 14.2 Once the Goods the subject of your Order are received from suppliers and are ready for dispatch, Cigarette-AU.top will process payment for the Goods (plus any delivery charges) using your nominated credit card (Visa or Mastercard).<\/div>\r\n
14.3 You authorise Cigarette-AU.top to debit such amount from your nominated credit card.<\/div>\r\n
14.4 If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, Cigarette-AU.top will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the Goods, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.<\/div>\r\n
14.5 Cigarette-AU.top may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the Order and may not contact you to inform you that your Order will not be processed. We may process this Order or further Orders if you make a payment by another method that is acceptable to Cigarette-AU.top.<\/div>\r\n

Delivery, Risk and Title in the goods<\/h2>\r\n
15.1 Cigarette-AU.top will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified at the time of placing your Order. However Cigarette-AU.top will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay. Delivery of tobacco products will comply with Australian regulations, including age verification at delivery.<\/div>\r\n
15.2 Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated delivery address.<\/div>\r\n
15.3 All parcels are delivered using our selected DELIVERY PARTNER. DELIVERY PARTNER reserves the right to request identification at the time of delivery to verify the recipient is 18 years of age or older. If the residence is unoccupied at time of delivery or identification cannot be provided, DELIVERY PARTNER will attempt to re-deliver the following day. If the residence is again unoccupied the intended resident will be charged a return-to-sender fee and the goods will be returned to Cigarette-AU.top where a full refund will be issued upon receiving goods (less any return-to-sender fee).<\/div>\r\n

Faulty or damaged goods<\/h2>\r\n
16.1 Cigarette-AU.top will use its best endeavours to replace any faulty Goods, or Goods damaged prior to delivery.<\/div>\r\n
16.2 Damaged or faulty Goods will be replaced (at the discretion of Cigarette-AU.top) or where replacement of damaged or faulty Goods is not possible (in the opinion of Cigarette-AU.top) a full refund will be issued for the value of the faulty or damaged Goods.<\/div>\r\n
